I know from experience that even if the Dr. is amazing – the staff can make or break a practice.  Not only are the Drs. @ Total Pediatric wonderful, but the staff is also responsive, caring and professional.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Iravani (and Dr. Ghandi). I have had nothing but positive experiences with both of them. Dr. Iravani has been so helpful and caring throughout the past three years and I would be devastated if we weren’t able to have her as our pediatrician. My husband and I have complete confidence in her as a physician. Our boys both love her and are never afraid to go to the doctor. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Tina. I would highly recommend Total Pediatrics – excellent medical care and an overall positive experience.

Awesome, personable, cares about the children she sees, I cannot say enough. She even did a check up on my daughters doll!!! I am not sure if they ever get rest because they (Dr. Iravani and Dr. Gandhi) are ALWAYS there to answer questions. Thank you for being such wonderful and compassionate pediatricians!!!!!!

My wife has brought our new born baby and 7 year old son to Leila’s office Total Pediatrics a few times now.  And my wife and I is very happy with the service.

Best Pediatrician in town.  Her staff is super friendly and she is an awesome Doctor and human being.  Both my kids have been going to her and I am extremely pleased with the service.  She is very knowledgeable and always right about diagnosing my kids.  If you are looking for a good, knowledgeable and experienced Pediatrician, then definitely she is the right doctor.

I love Dr. Iravani (and the two other doctors)!  I wish she could be my doctor.  We’ve been with Dr. Iravani for 13 years now and I followed her when she left Coastal Kids to open her own practice.  She has always been right about diagnosing my kids, even when I thought it was something different, she was always on target.  There have been times when I have asked for more/different tests and she has always obliged.  And this is true with the other doctors as well.  

All the doctors take their time with you and happily answer all my questions.  Do they sometimes run over with patients?  Yes, but I also know that they will give me the same courtesy of spending as much time as needed.

And like another reviewer wrote, the front office and nurses can make or break you and they are fantastic.  If I leave a message I always get a return call within a few hours and I have always been able to get same day appointments.

I love Dr Iravani. She used to work for Coastal Kids, but opened her own office near Hoag. A lot of moms I know go to Coastal Kids, but it can be really crowded and I always had to wait and then felt rushed through the appointment. Dr Iravani is always relaxed and answers all of my questions. And I never am waiting very long to see her. She sees both of my little ones now and they love going to her. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Iravani sets the tone for the office with her personal attention to each child AND their parents.  The doctors (Iravani, Ghandi and Engstrom) are all very skilled at working with children. They talk to the children (when the kids are old enough), they smile and are kind.  All of the staff is skilled at helping children to relax.  

Most importantly, if your child has a medical issue that needs attention, the doctors PAY ATTENTION. I have seen them think about my child and the presenting medical problem. f the diagnosis is not obvious, they consult colleagues, research, etc.  All the staff is very caring: from Emily at Tina at the front to the nurses in back.  

They are also very prompt at returning phone calls.   Several times, I have had one of the doctors call me back in the early evening to follow up on a question.  I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a group of doctors that truly care about your child, and listen respectfully to you as a parent.I am very happy with Sea View. My daughter will be two in March and we have been seeing Dr. Natori since birth. Dr. Natori has always been very pleasantly professional. I love the nursing staff, and have found the office staff to be nothing but accommodating.

Each Dr and the nurses in this office bring a unique vibe and superb quality of care. I have already recommended Total Pediatrics to friends.
