The staff are absolutely amazing! They are incredibly helpful as well as caring and friendly. My pediatricians Dr Irvani and Dr Ghandi saved my life the day after I turned 9 years old. I was constantly sick for months and no one knew what was wrong until they tested me for type one diabetes. When they tested my blood sugar it was extremely high and if I waited one more day I would have gone into diabetic keto acidosis which would’ve put me in a coma and ended my life. They are amazing here and I’ve been a patient for 18 years!

I have been bringing my kids to Total Pediatrics for years. The doctors are great and always provide wonderful care. The staff and nurses are wonderful they always get us in for an appointment when needed, and answer my many questions on the phone.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Iravani (and Dr. Ghandi). I have had nothing but positive experiences with both of them. Dr. Iravani has been so helpful and caring throughout the past three years and I would be devastated if we weren’t able to have her as our pediatrician. My husband and I have complete confidence in her as a physician. Our boys both love her and are never afraid to go to the doctor. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Tina. I would highly recommend Total Pediatrics – excellent medical care and an overall positive experience.

Awesome, personable, cares about the children she sees, I cannot say enough. She even did a check up on my daughters doll!!! I am not sure if they ever get rest because they (Dr. Iravani and Dr. Gandhi) are ALWAYS there to answer questions. Thank you for being such wonderful and compassionate pediatricians!!!!!!

As a first-time mom, finding the right pediatrician for my newborn was paramount. Total Pediatrics exceeded all my expectations with their warm, patient-centered care. The doctors and nurses take their time to answer every question and concern, making us feel heard and valued. We’ve received comprehensive support for all our child’s health needs, from routine check-ups to vaccinations, making our parenting journey much smoother!

Best Pediatrician in town.  Her staff is super friendly and she is an awesome Doctor and human being.  Both my kids have been going to her and I am extremely pleased with the service.  She is very knowledgeable and always right about diagnosing my kids.  If you are looking for a good, knowledgeable and experienced Pediatrician, then definitely she is the right doctor.

I love Dr. Iravani (and the two other doctors)!  I wish she could be my doctor.  We’ve been with Dr. Iravani for 13 years now and I followed her when she left Coastal Kids to open her own practice.  She has always been right about diagnosing my kids, even when I thought it was something different, she was always on target.  There have been times when I have asked for more/different tests and she has always obliged.  And this is true with the other doctors as well.  

All the doctors take their time with you and happily answer all my questions.  Do they sometimes run over with patients?  Yes, but I also know that they will give me the same courtesy of spending as much time as needed.

And like another reviewer wrote, the front office and nurses can make or break you and they are fantastic.  If I leave a message I always get a return call within a few hours and I have always been able to get same day appointments.

We cannot say enough good things about Total Pediatrics. The doctors and staff are exceptional and always provide wonderful care. On more than one occasion, they have accommodated our challenging schedule needs. All of the doctors are so responsive (especially in an emergency) and they take their time to make sure all of our questions are answered. Dr. Iravani has been so wonderful with our daughter and has gone above and beyond to discuss issues with us and answer our questions. She is thoughtful and she considers my daughters care not in an isolated manner but part of a diverse and multi-dimensional family unit and provides care with that in mind. 

Each Dr and the nurses in this office bring a unique vibe and superb quality of care. I have already recommended Total Pediatrics to friends.
