Our Story
Total Pediatrics was born out of love for this community. Dr. Leila Iravani began practicing in 2003 and opened her own private practice at Pacific Medical Plaza in Costa Mesa in 2009, starting with just three exam rooms and a deep commitment to personalized care. Word spread quickly. Parents would call around just to find out where she’d gone, because once they’d experienced her as their child’s pediatrician, they didn’t want anyone else.
The practice has grown steadily since then, now spanning nine exam rooms at a larger space within Pacific Medical Plaza, but the heart of it has never changed. Dr. Swati Gandhi, who brings over 24 years of pediatric experience, joined the practice in 2010, and together they’ve built a team and a culture that families feel the moment they walk in.
