Total Pediatrics of Orange County was born out of love for this community. Dr. Leila Iravani opened her private practice in Costa Mesa, CA, in 2009 with three exam rooms and a deep commitment to personal care, and word spread fast. Parents would call around just to find out where she’d gone, because once they’d experienced her as their child’s pediatrician, they didn’t want anyone else.

The practice has since grown to nine exam rooms and now includes Dr. Swati Gandhi, Dr. Cynthia Chow, and Dr. Anitha Ahmed. Our team has over 50 combined years of pediatric experience. We remember our patients’ stories long after a visit. We recognize your voice on the phone. We celebrate milestones right alongside you. That’s what makes this practice different, and it’s something we protect every single day.
