Total Pediatrics of Orange County was born out of love for this community. Dr. Leila Iravani opened her private practice in Costa Mesa, CA, in 2009 with three exam rooms and a deep commitment to personal care, and word spread fast.

The practice has since grown to nine exam rooms and now includes Dr. Swati Gandhi, Dr. Cynthia Chow, and Dr. Anitha Ahmed. Our team has over 50 combined years of pediatric experience. We remember our patients’ stories long after a visit. We celebrate milestones right alongside you. That’s what makes this practice different, and it’s something we protect every single day.
